new home

The lady I emailed didn't think I was crazy because she emailed me back this morning and I met with her and saw the house today at 5. I walked in and I felt like I was home. The girl who's leasing the house is so great! We got along so well!

It was quite a difference from the previous house I looked at where I felt depressed as soon as I had entered and felt like the room I would rent was like a prison cell. I thought I could live here, but don't necessarily want to.

Paying $200 more for a room in a house that doesn't fill me with dread and is my ideal place to live with an amazing roommate is completely worth it. I will begin finalizing things tomorrow and I'll be starting to move in next week! Crazy!
